Mala Beads are a great tool for meditation! Malas are stands of 108 beads, plus one guru bead. Choose a spot and sit comfortably, while aligning yourself with your intention. Starting at the guru bead, use your thumb to count each smaller bead, pulling it toward you as you recite your affirmation. Do this 108 times, trraveling around the mala, until you reach the guru bead.
