Kuan Yin is known as the Goddess of Compassion. She is also associated with kindness, fertility, children and magic. It is her duty to remove suffering and give sympathy among humans. Quan Yin carries the Goddess and Divine Mother aspect of Buddhism. She is a celestial bodhisattva and an ascended master. One of her jobs in the celestial spheres is to sit on the board of the Lord of Karma. Kuan Yin is one of the most universally beloved of deities in the Buddhist tradition.
